KAYODE BALOGUN (DJ AMBUSH): PRESIDENT, THE PWG NETWORK
With a music career spanning over 30 years, I’ve worn many hats. DJ, Event Producer, Art Curator, Podcaster, Radio Personality and Host. Those talents have taken me up and down the east coast (where I’m from) and has found me a home in Portland, Oregon.
I’m driven by a desire to connect with community across all intersections, and a passion to see people enjoying themselves. Those motivations weren’t clearly defined when I started my journey as a music collector at the age of 14. Creating “pause tapes” for my friends and family, I became the go to person when it came to providing music for the functions. By my senior year in high school I started collecting vinyl. My love for DJing has taken me all over, with over 30yrs of experience in nightclubs, concerts, festivals, retail locations, private and corporate events.
In a time when DJ’s come a dime a dozen, I was faced with the obstacle of separating myself from the pack. And through years of trial and error I’ve come to find that the best way to do that is is consistency. Stick to the script and give the people what they want. Consistency doesn’t mean playing the same records each week. But giving a quality performance every time I pick up the headphones.

CLIFF SANFORD (DJ KLYPH): EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT, THE PWG NETWORK
With over 20 years of clinical practice in outpatient orthopedics, I specialize in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription. My extensive training and certifications include being a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Sportsmetrics Instructor, CPR certified, Credentialed Clinical Instructor, and ASTYM certified.
Beyond the clinic, I am an on-air radio personality, podcaster, curator, and live event host. As DJ Klyph, I am a cornerstone of the Portland music scene, dedicated to supporting the local Hip-Hop community through radio and live events. My podcast, Klyph Notes, offers in-depth interviews and behind-the-scenes content with artists, difference-makers, and individuals from around the world who are positively impacting their communities.
I also produce and host Welcome to the Neighborhood with DJ Klyph, a weekly show airing every Saturday night from 8-10 pm Pacific Time on 91.1 and 107.1 FM, streaming live at www.xray.fm and on the TuneIn radio app. The show features local Hip-Hop, Funk, and Urban music, spotlighting the vibrant sounds of Portland. Additionally, I curate Mic Check, a local hip-hop showcase that fosters and grows the art form within the community.
